I first met Ben and Jenny at our NCT group. It is fair to say that I saw a fair bit of their son,Sam at parent and baby picnics, swimming and coffee mornings. I thought when I was invited to their home that I knew Sam relatively well.

Usually contemplative and eager to watch others or engaged in various activities, at our session I found him keen to play with his parents and laughing easily at Ben's funny faces and peepbo puppets. It seems that as with adults, babies also feel most relaxed in their own home - it was a revelation to me.

Our session was a great deal of fun! By the end I had taken some lovely portraits, capturing Sam's quieter, reflective traits as well as his lively and engaging personality.
